Site Preparation
Before construction begins, our team prepares the building site by clearing any debris, vegetation, or obstacles and leveling the ground as needed. This step also includes installing temporary utilities, such as power and water, and setting up safety measures, such as fencing and signage.

Foundation and Footings
Based on the approved design and engineering plans, we lay the foundation and footings for the new home, ensuring they provide a strong, stable base for the entire structure. This process may involve excavation, pouring concrete, and installing reinforcement as needed.

Framing
Our skilled carpenters construct the frame of the house, including walls, floors, and roof structures, following the approved architectural drawings. This stage gives the home its basic shape and structure.

Exterior Work
Once the frame is complete, we install the home's exterior elements, such as roofing, siding, windows, and doors. This step helps protect the interior from the elements and starts defining the overall appearance of the house.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems
Our team of licensed professionals installs the home's essential systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and any necessary gas lines. These installations are carefully planned and executed to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with local codes.

Insulation and Drywall
Insulation is installed in the walls, floors, and ceilings to improve the home's energy efficiency and comfort. After insulation is in place, drywall is installed, creating the interior walls and ceilings, ready for finishing.

Homeowner Orientation and Handover
Upon successful completion of the construction phase, we provide the homeowner with a comprehensive orientation, including warranties, maintenance information, and important contact details. We then officially hand over the keys, welcoming the client to their new Koenig Developments home.
